Tieguanyin ("Iron Goddess of Mercy") is both a famous Anxi oolong and the cultivar that produces it. The bushes are slow-growing and yield a deeply floral leaf used in styles ranging from emerald-green modern Tieguanyin to deep-roasted traditional ones.
