Fu'an

Fu'an is a county-level city in northeast Fujian, set against the Bai Yun ("White Cloud") Mountain. It is the home of Tan Yang Gong Fu — one of the three Min Hong (Northern Fujian red) gong fu teas along with Bai Lin Gong Fu and Zheng He Gong Fu. Tan Yang's production method was introduced in 1851 and the tea won a gold medal at the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition; in 2009 it was added to Fujian's Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
