Bai Ji Guan (White Cockscomb)
Bái Jī Guān · 白鸡冠 (白雞冠)
Bai Ji Guan is one of the four famous Wuyi cultivars (alongside Da Hong Pao, Tie Luo Han, and Shui Jin Gui), distinctive for its pale yellow- green leaves and a notably lighter roast than most yancha. Floral and sweet rather than the cocoa-and-mineral profile of Da Hong Pao.
