Chun Lan — "spring orchid" — is a Wu Yi yancha cultivar named for the orchid-like floral high notes that survive the charcoal roast. A mid-tier Wu Yi rock tea with a softer profile than the classic Si Da Ming Cong (four famous bushes), good for drinkers exploring yancha beyond Da Hong Pao and Rou Gui.
