Yongde County in Lincang Prefecture sits close to the Burmese border. It contains Mangfei Village (in Mengban Township) — one of the "Four Little Dragons of Lincang" alongside Bingdao, Xigui, and Daxueshan. Yongde also holds the Daxueshan ("Big Snow Mountain") nature preserve at 1,900–2,600 m elevation, with about 17,541 hectares of protected land containing roughly 450,000 primeval tea trees — one of the largest concentrations of wild Camellia in Yunnan.
