Фуань — городской уезд на северо-востоке Фуцзяни у горы Байюнь («Белое облако»). Это родина Таньян Гунфу — одного из трёх красных гунфу-чаёв северной Фуцзяни (минь-хун), наряду с Байлинь Гунфу и Чжэнхэ Гунфу. Технология производства Таньян появилась в 1851 году; в 1915-м чай получил золотую медаль на Панамериканской выставке, а в 2009-м был включён в список нематериального культурного наследия провинции Фуцзянь.
