Уезд Цзингу-Дай-И в городском округе Пуэр провинции Юньнань — историческая родина Юэгуан Бай (Лунный белый). Чай делают из местного крупнолистного сорта Цзингу Да Бай (Янта Да Бай) и обрабатывают без шацина: длительное естественное завяливание (обычно <24 часов — гораздо короче, чем 36+ часов фуцзянских белых) и полное досушивание на воздухе (без печной прожарки) дают листья «получёрные/полубелые», отсюда и название «лунный».
