Mangzhi is one of the Six Famous Ancient Tea Mountains (古六大茶山) of Mengla County, sitting in the north-central part of the county southwest of Gedeng and west of Manzhuan. The medium- and small-leaf cultivars here are famous for their special floral fragrance and a soft, slightly honey-sweet mouthfeel — a softer, more delicate cousin of the better-known Yibang and Manzhuan profiles.
