Aged Shou Mei pressed into 200g–357g cakes in 2014 from Fuding leaves — bigger, leafier picks than Bai Mu Dan, ageing into a darkening, honey-and-medicinal liquor over a decade or more. The pressed format accelerates oxidation in storage and is now the dominant aged-white style on the Western specialty market.
