Shou Mei (Longevity Eyebrow)
Shòu Méi · 寿眉 (壽眉)
Shou Mei is a leafy white tea picked later in the season than Silver Needle or White Peony, making it more affordable and more amenable to aging. Older Shou Mei takes on rich dried-fruit and light-cocoa characters that deepen for a decade or more.
