Certified Organic "Yunnan Mao Feng" Green Tea
Yún Nán Máo Fēng · 云南毛峰
Mao Feng ("fur peak") is a name for fine-bud green teas across China; the Yunnan version uses the local large-leaf Camellia sinensis var. assamica varietal and is pan-fired into curved, fuzzy leaves. Heavier and richer than the more famous Huangshan Mao Feng (which uses a different cultivar), with stone-fruit and orchid notes.
