Buddha's Hand "Fo Shou" Wu Yi Rock Oolong Tea
Fó Shǒu · 佛手
Fo Shou — "Buddha's Hand" — is a Wu Yi yancha named for the citrus fruit (Citrus medica var. sarcodactylis) whose aroma it evokes. Less famous than Da Hong Pao or Rou Gui, but carries a distinctive citrus- pith bitter-sweetness on top of the standard charcoal-roast yancha profile.
